iPads and the NDIS

We've put together a collection of resources to assist NDIS participants, allied health professionals and support coordinators in understanding access to tablets and AAC Apps in the NDIS. You can read more in the FAQ section.

As a general rule, for telehealth the most common model is the iPad 10th Gen (Wi-Fi). This is generally also suitable for use with Proloquo2Go, Proloquo, TD Snap, LAMP Words for Life, Grid and most other AAC Apps and is the "lowest cost available model". 

Shipping and Delivery

At Assistive Tech we're proud to have everything you need in stock for immediate dispatch via Express Post. Self Managed order typically ship on the same business day if paid and verified before 12pm. For plan managed participants, your invoice will be issued to your plan manager on the day you order with dispatch occurring on receipt of their payment (most plan managers issue the remittance email with 3-10 days of our invoice). Agency managed orders may take 3-10 days for payments to be processed.
